Erin has proven to be a dynamic addition to the Coral Creek staff and her combined prior experience in both food & beverage and golf operations/events bring together the ideal knowledge and understanding needed to help reach our goals. Erin’s prior experience in the food and beverage industry began locally at the popular Jam’s restaurant in Cape Haze. In the summer of 2005, Erin relocated to Kennebunkport, Maine and began her longstanding position as Assistant Manager of The Arundel Wharf Restaurant. While there, Erin also worked for Coral Creek Head Professional, Ken Raynor, at the Cape Arundel Golf Club. Erin took a year hiatus from Maine when she was recruited to be the Assistant Manager at the Looe Key Resort in the Florida Keys. Erin then returned to Maine and her position at The Arundel Wharf Restaurant before coming to Coral Creek Club in 2010. Erin’s inventory of knowledge and experience includes: staff supervision and training, menu and special event planning and club communications and promotions.
