CERTIFICATE MEMBERSHIP

Membership is by invitation only.
Refundable Membership Deposit
During the first five years of membership eighty-five percent of the Membership Deposit paid for a Certificate membership is refundable upon resignation and re-issuance of the membership. After five years of membership, eighty-five percent of the current rate of the Membership Deposit for a Certificate membership is refundable upon resignation and re-issuance of the membership.
Transferability
A Certificate membership is transferable one time to a spouse, significant other or to an adult child of the Certificate member or spouse, as described in the Membership Plan.
Family Privileges
All memberships are family memberships entitling the member, the member spouse OR significant other and immediate dependent family members to membership privileges.
Resigned Membership Reissued Prior to Membership Sell-Out
Resigned Certificate members do not have to wait until all new Certificate memberships in the Club have been issued before their membership is reissued. Every fourth new Certificate membership issued will be a resigned membership, if there is a Certificate member is on the resignation list.
NON-CERTIFICATE MEMBERSHIP
Senior Membership
The Non-Certificate Senior Membership is a recallable membership available to candidates age 70 and older. Should the Club recall the membership; your membership deposit will be fully refunded. Full annual dues and some play restrictions will apply. Non-Certificate Senior Members do not have voting or membership transfer privileges.
Associate Membership
The Non-Certificate Associate Membership is available to new member candidates age 23–49. This is a recallable membership and should the Club recall the membership; the deposit will be fully refunded. At the age of 50, or anytime prior, the Associate member must upgrade to a Certificate Membership and may apply the initiation deposit to the cost of Certificate membership at the time of conversion. If the Associate member opts not to convert, the initial payment is non-refundable. As with the Senior Membership, there are no voting or transfer privileges and some play restrictions will apply.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
The Social Membership includes privileges for all social and dining activities at the Clubhouse. There are no golfing provisions associated with this type of membership. These are wonderful opportunities to join a world class facility and to share in the exceptional golf experience at Coral Creek Club.
